What we collect

WDS Studio stores the information needed to run wrap design projects: account details (name, email, password), project details (vehicle, brand, design notes), uploaded files and images, messages, and — when a wrap shop chooses to send a proof by text message — the recipient's mobile phone number.

Text messaging

A mobile number is only used to send project-related messages that a wrap shop has asked us to deliver, such as a design proof link. Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies by project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the service: showing projects to the right accounts, sending notifications the account holder has requested, and providing support. We do not sell personal information.

Data security and retention

Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Account and project data is kept for as long as the account is active and can be deleted on request.
